Congratulations to Peru’s Master Franchisee, Elizabeth (Liz) Castillo Razuri, on the recent opening of her stunning new Learning Centre in the Surco area of Lima. The new LC is strategically located close to other English academies and private schools. The building has three floors and an underground parking lot. On the first floor are a reception area, three classrooms, two bathrooms for adults and one exclusively for toddlers and small children, and a large recreation area with synthetic grass.
The second floor features two additional classrooms, one of which has been designed specifically for teenagers. Also, there is a teacher’s lounge, an administrative office and two more bathrooms.
The third floor features a large terrace that can be used for outdoor activities for e holiday courses or special events, including an additional bathroom.
The new Learning Centre joins two others in Lima, as well as a self-employed teacher (SET), and another in Arequipa.
Liz comments on expansion plans, “We are thinking of growing more with the Learning Studios since they represent a better option for our market. This is something we can offer senior teachers who know the methodology and who want to start a new career path as entrepreneurs.”
